Regeneration with vision
Over the last 25 years we've established a reputation of delivering developments with quality and integrity. A belief in regeneration for the benefit of the city, not just for profit, has guided all our projects and brought steady, solid success.
In 1988 the company's redevelopment of 46 The Calls (the former Spiller's grain warehouse) created studio offices for design professionals and fundamentally changed the city's approach to regarding the waterfront as an asset for Leeds.
Further redevelopment by YDG in the Calls area of Leeds has attracted new life to this part of the city. In 2013 the area was named in the list of the "30 coolest places to live in Britain" by the Times.
