Conversion of a Grade 2 Listed warehouse to form 20 apartments and 3 townhouses.

This project delivered the first residential property in Bradford’s distinctive heritage area, Little Germany, helping to change perceptions of the location and accelerate regeneration.

A former lock works which supplied furniture to the House of Commons, the building was sensitively redeveloped, retaining and restoring exposed brickwork and timber trusses.

The scheme featured a mix of one and two bedroom accommodation over four floors, with an external courtyard offering residents secure parking, courtyard gardens and sitting areas.
